Why We Built This Site

Washington generally presumes public access to court records under General Rule 31, subject to sealing, privacy, and case-type limits. The practical challenge is custody. The Walla Walla County Clerk holds Superior Court files, while District Court maintains limited-jurisdiction and routed municipal matters. Odyssey and Washington Courts Case Search provide reference information, but the court of record supplies the complete or certified file. We organize those official routes and explain which one fits each kind of case.

  • We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
  • We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
  • We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
  • We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now

Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
